Celia Hottenstein

I was born and raised in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area in Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater from The Boston Conservatory. Upon moving to New York City, I was cast in the 25th Anniversary North American Tour of The Phantom of the Opera. I toured for two and a half years, a year as the understudy and a year and a half as the alternate for Christine Daaé. I have worked Off-Broadway and regionally and made my Broadway debut in July of 2019 in Wicked in the ensemble and understudy for Glinda and Nessarose. I played Glinda on the National Tour of Wicked from May of 2023-May of 2024 and am now back in the Broadway company of Wicked!
